Fitness Boxing

SQUARE UP

30 min of fitness boxing involving a punching bag, coaching, and structured format.  Popular for its ability to tone your entire body, increase heart rate, and provide stress relief.  Boxing is one of the best forms of exercise.  Created right here at 2nd Wind!  Class time 45 min including warmup and stretch.

Metabolic Training

MET20

20 min of challenging, total body training designed to boost your metabolism.  Popular for its ability to challenge your entire body, achieve heart rate spikes needed for results, and be finished in only 20 min.  Created right here at 2nd Wind!  Class time 45 minutes including warmup, extra toning, and stretch.

Combo Class

COMBO

26 min combining the best of both SQUARE UP and MET20!  Stations include both boxing and resistance training.  Class layout is structured similar to SQUARE UP, yet longer intervals give clients the opportunity to max out and reach their metabolic peak.

DROPSET

This class combines the drop set method of resistance training with creative structure found only at 2nd Wind!  Building beautiful lean muscle also increases metabolism!  We finish class with a foam roller session to relieve tightness and increase joint range of motion. Total class time 45 minutes.

variety

This class could be anything!  A member favorite.  Coaches will utilize weights, balls, TRX straps, boxes, mats, and bags to create a one-of-a kind total body workout.  Coaches design workouts to accommodate those who are signed up.  This is the the beauty of a small gym, we cater to YOU:)
