I loved this workout!  Enjoy!  The next one is brand new and goes well with this one.  Then Friday will be a combo kick box/core workout. It is going to be a GREAT week!!

Core engaged at all times.  It's easy to allow your back to arch too much and to let your core go when you're working on some of these flute/hamstring moves.  Focus on nice deep breaths and keep your belly button pulled in.   Have fun!
